About our Land
A few years ago, Walking Eagle and Gentle Springs were able to purchase a beautiful piece of land with a creek, for Spirit of the Wind, with the financial help and donations from our members, families and friends.
This land is located in Siskiyou County, Northern California, surrounded by the majestic Mount Shasta Wilderness.​
Our intention is to develop the land and build our infrastructure to start having our Sweat Lodge Purification Ceremonies, Vision Quests, Traditional Dances and all our Educational Activities over there.​

We deeply believe we have a real possibility to build something positive in our present time, not only for us and our children, but for the generations to come!

Donate to Spirit of the Wind

It's with the help, donations and financial support from our friends and families, that we are able to continue being at service to Creator, bringing our Community together through our activities at Spirit of the Wind.
​
And you can help us fund our needs to build the proper infrastructure to start having our Activities at our own land.
​
In order to moving forward with our goals, we require financial donations for the following:
• Having a Site Plan drawn by E & S Engineers and Surveyors of Siskiyou County.
• Submitting the Site Plan to the Siskiyou County Building Department for approval.
• Acquiring a construction permit upon the Site Plan approval by the County.
• Getting electricity on the land.
• Installation of septic system for pumping of wastewater.
• Pumping of running water (we have a well on the property).
• Excavation and pouring of foundation for construction of single dwelling.
• Construction of single dwelling on the property.

Each donation is very appreciated and no amount is too small!

​​​Spirit of the Wind is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization, and all the donations are tax deductible.
